Hi Uriah Because the lightly ozonated olive oil is only ozonated for six hours it is still in the process of being ozonated and has few ozonides compared to fully ozonated olive oil. Therefore it is a product that we feel is subject to degradation from high summer temperatures. It's potency can be lost fairly quickly. If you wish to purchase this oil in the summer, please contact us and we can make special arrangements for payment of the purchase and refrigerated shipping or we can show you how to ozonate your own oil at home with the purchase of an ozonator.
