Ozone Generation High Frequency Corona Discharge

Ozone Electrode - A non-metallic, double glass, dual dialectric electrode for ultra-pure applications.

Process Gas Pure Oxygen, operating pressure 0 -1psi, maximum pressure for safety purposes is 15psi. A suitable pediatric oxygen flow regulator is needed.

Power 100-120V/17W

Tubing and Fittings -  Glass and Teflon where exposed to ozone
