Ozone, a Medical Breakthrough?

This powerful investigative documentary, filmed in 11 countries over 16 years, tells a story of a simple medical treatment set against the background of politics and economics that control the health care system.

Ozone, a Medical Breakthrough? is a more expanded current version of Geoffrey Roger’s “Ozone and the Politics of Medicine” which won several awards and was selected as “One of the Outstanding Documentaries of 1994” by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The film was not allowed to be shown anywhere on television.

Ozone therapy has been used to treat several million people in Germany, Russia, Cuba and other countries for a variety of medical conditions from eczema and gangrene to cancer, stroke, hepatitis, herpes and AIDS, but it remains controversial and unapproved in the United States of America and Canada.

Ozone a Medical Breakthrough? features interviews with ozone doctors and  patients including academy award nominated Nick Nolte, as well as top experts and representatives from the US Food and Drug Administration and the National Institutes of Health.
